This is an inspiring initiation into the ancient art of the shamanic journey. 

Connect with your helping spirits to transform your inner and outer worlds through the brilliant shamanic journey.

We will drum, rattle, dance, sing and     go deep into the lower world and          upper world to the lands of our       Power Animals and Spirit Guides.

Using the shamanic journey to meet up with our own helping spirits, we will explore altered states of awareness that can unlock answers to difficult personal questions and mobilize energy for reaching goals and healing in everyday life.

Participants will learn how to use the shamanic journey for insight, vision and healing for ourselves and others as well as shamanic methods for reconnecting with nature to bring balance and harmony into our lives and to the planet.
