Leia Hart, MS is a healer and teacher of energy medicine and cross-cultural shamanism in Eugene, Oregon. She has been in the Transformational Healing Arts since the 1980's.

Dear Ones,

I began teaching preschool when I was 19 years old, then I taught children in a Jewish Orphanage while I was getting my undergraduate degree in Design. I went on to become a special education/elementary/middle school teacher for 32 years, teaching public school during the day, teaching shamanic healing evenings and weekends for the past 30 years. I have had the great fortune to be teaching groups for the past 50 years, loving every minute of it!

Now my helping spirits are calling for my attention once again. I've journeyed on this a number of times and the message is clear that I being beckoned to the next stage of my unfoldment and evolution.

I accept the invitation to quieten, to go into retreat and once again dive deep into the teachings with my helping spirits.

Many years ago, my eldest son put these words on my refrigerator from Mary Oliver: "Doesn't everything die at last, and too soon? Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"

I am turning 70 years this January, 2023. Time has flown by in a minute and I am being called to explore the question once again, 'What do I plan to do with the time I have left in this precious body, with my one wild and precious life?'

I will continue to offer limited shamanic healing and coaching.

I will miss you and our monthly Healing with Spiritual Light gatherings and I am so deeply grateful beyond measure for your participation, teachings, love and support through these years ~ words cannot fully express the richness of our time together!!!
